Die
Immobilienwert Sachsen AG
plant die Erschließung des
Wohngebietes „Grenzstraße
West“
in
01640 Coswig
. In diesem Zusammenhang sind die baugrundseitigen Bedingungen
zur Versickerung von Niederschlagswasser sowie zum Straßenneubau festzustellen.
Zur Ermittlung der Baugrundverhältnisse im Umfeld des Straßenneubaus wurden zwei Klein-
rammbohrungen (
BS 1/19
und
BS 2/19
) bis jeweils 3,0 m u. GOK realisiert.
Von künftigen Dachflächen anfallendes, nichtschädlich verunreinigtes Niederschlagswasser
soll auf den Baugrundstücken zur Versickerung gebracht werden. Dafür wurden zwei weitere
Bohrungen (
BS 3/19
und
BS 4/19
) bis ebenfalls jeweils 3,0 m u. GOK abgeteuft. Anschlie-
ßend wurde unmittelbar neben diesen Bohrungen zur Feststellung der Bodendurchlässigkeit

Kiese und Ziegelstückchen führend. Der schwarzbraune Erdstoff liegt verdichtet bis locker
gelagert vor und war zum Bohrzeitpunkt erdfeucht.

Ab ca. 1,5 … 2,5 m u. GOK erkundeter Tallehm stellt sich als leichtplastischer, stark schluf-
figer sowie stark feinsandiger Ton (

toniger Schluff (

) dar. Lokal weist der bindige Erdstoff einen geringen organischen Anteil
(dunkelgraue Gesteinsfarbe) auf.
Die graue, dunkelgraue, graubraune oder braune Baugrundschicht war zum Bohrzeitpunkt
feucht und dementsprechend nur
weichplastisch
!
Hydrogeologische Verhältnisse
:
Tageswasser wird innerhalb des feinsandigen Mutterbodens (
OH
) sowie des meist grobkörni-
gen Flusssandes (
SE
) rasch versickern, sich dann aber oberflächennah über bindigem Tallehm
(
TL
/
UL
) aufstauen und hier zu
anhaltender Staunässe
, der Ausbildung eines
Schichtenwas-
serhorizontes
sowie zu
Aufweicherscheinungen
führen.
Ein geschlossener Grundwasserhorizont tritt erst unterhalb der Tallehmverbreitung in dem
hier wieder lagernden Flusssand bzw. Flusskies auf. In der Nachbarschaft (nördlich gelegene
Gärtnerei) befindliche Brunnen sind ab >5 m wasserführend (hohes Dargebot!).
Zum Bohrzeitpunkt (07.05.2019) wurde in allen vier Erkundungsbohrungen sich über Tal-
lehm ausgebildetes

ausgelotet.
